parenthood is a wild ride.

It shakes us down to our core and asks us to reexamine every part of ourselves.

It asks us who we will be for the next generation.

And sometimes we just don't have the answers, better yet, we don't even have all of the information.

I know that there can be tremendous self love, confidence and gratitude that comes with parenthood and I know that there is a way to make it feel more like a supportive conversation than a binary approach to good and bad.
